This mural at the Bellevue (61 Bellevue Ave, Kensington, Toronto) was inspired by Christopher Walked SNL character Bruce Dickenson who can’t get enough cowbell in his diet.
Commissioned mural painted during the 2008 Nuite Blanch festival at Levack Block (88 Ossington Avenue, Toronto).
This piece took over 160 hours to create. It’s filled with detailed illustrations and has 3D like qualities where the graf work spelling concrete in raised stucco.
As part of the Nuit Blanche night art installation, Adrain Hayles painted this piece over five days. The process was filmed and documented by Alicia Taggio who then put together this beautiful time lapse film.
